Good benifits, though they keep getting reduced allow for work life ballance lots of different people to work with opportunity to travel in support

Pros

Applied is a great place to start if you are just out of college or grad school. NCG program is wonderful. Applied really gives you the oppotunity to grow and become a manager after 3-5 years. Pay is ok but not great.

Cons

There is no such thing called life and work balance. You are expected to work over the weekend and long hours everyday.
