corporate philanthropy program, management promotes giving back to the community, benefits are above average, most of the people are friendly and helpful

Cons

revolving door mentality, constant downsizing and consolidation leaving employee morale on the low side, communication from the top could be better, lack of promotional opportunity

A place with established technology competence, a lot of learning opportunities that are not available to other companies. Great for NCG to swim and learn how to survive in the future.

Cons

Very long work hours. Everyone is doing the same and drag you into a deep hole that has no end.
