      1. Work-from-anywhere program available for certain positions gives flexibility to work from remote (home office) 2. Ability to transfer jobs within the company (because of its size) to try different things

      Cons

      1. Beauracracy of a large sized, long-established company 2. Very political environment; who you know affects your ability to move up 3. Company tends to keep bad apples at upper management levels instead of dealing with them appropriately

      Pros

      Good technology company developing leading edge products. Salaries and bonuses are quite competitive in the industry contrary to what some people think. Move into solar business is a very smart move by the management and already showing good traction in developing new product lines.

      Cons

      The atmosphere is too political. There is a serious lack of cooperation among different groups. Too much blame games going on without realizing the importance of working as a team. Technical people are not well respected. Business management types are usually given higher value.
