Great benefits and people enjoy work. Strict Requirement helps in attracting good talents. A lot of quality in all people around . Good company to settle to . Co-workers very knowledgable Totally flexible in the work is assigned/done Top Management is awesome .Very few places you find such a talent. High Paying. Great benefits in terms of relocation , shares , stocks , brokerage.

Cons

Domain Knowledge that you will get here may not be useful to you in future when you move out. Oppurtunities are limited in some teams. Almost negligible on-site opportunity. Work limited to just one domain.

Challenging work place with smart people, some of whom are fun to work with on a day to day basis.

Cons

Too often the amount of work that had to be done was way beyond what humans should be expected to do which lead to daily regimen of high stress.
