      - Good for starting career - Internal online training is very much detailed and can be very helpful if one leverages that - friendly environment - some on-sight opportunities - relatively good salary in India - privacy/independence at workplace for resource utilization

      Cons

      - stagnation point is reached pretty quickly - repetitive tasks - very focused scope of work - dependence on US headquarter even for trivial things/projects in India

      Pros

      Working at Applied as a contractor provides great work experience. Even as a contractor you get some hands on experience with important processes.

      Cons

      Data is not freely shared with a contractor. Although you may be expected to work on a project, you are not included in on information about why a project is done as it is. Data is shared with you on a need to know basis only.
