Dynamic and fast-paced, compensation is excellent, good teamwork and collaboration, incredibly bright and dedicated colleagues. The company invests a great deal in developing the skills of its workforce. Communication from senior management is usually quite good.

Cons

Very cyclical business often leads to sharp cost-cutting and reductions in force. While the compensation is excellent, management sometimes tends to view that as the cure of all "ailments".
