Flexible Good Perks Everything is good in good times when the market is growing

Cons

Very Unstable and lots of layoffs. No Vision at the top management. Strategies changes quiet often. Focused towards USA specially Austin is the centre of the world for them , rest of the world is just an add on. Very self centred and unopen employees, not willing to transfer knowledge for new people to learn.

Cons

Company is being very particular with information and data bases w/o any value. Too many VP's and Directors and managers in general. Company does not have clear view regarding future, industry and investments. Most managers busy to meet number and less care about the long run.
