Pros

challenging, great people, complex problems

Cons

don't find pay to be awarded in-line with the level of responsibility, all teams under resourced (deliberately, to stimulate more efficient work practice) but this policy is bordering on sadism in some teams where we have less than half the number people that we actually require to do the job effectively.

Pros

Provides opportunity to work with very smart people. Best part is to be able to move around within the company and work at other groups. Since the company has a lot of diverse functions - retail, AWS etc, you don't have to be stuck with the same group for many years.

Cons

A few groups might be uninteresting to work for.

Pros

Looks good on your resume. Networking. Lots of creative people.

Cons

No work/life balance. The motto is deceiving. Poor upper management. Pigeon-holed..no such thing as career advancement, just lateral moves. Middle management is incompetent. Complaints fall on deaf ears.
