Pros

In theory looks good on CV to work for Amazon. In reality not really so

Cons

Stress level too high, No recognition, Management makes colleagues compete for promotions, no time for connecting with colleagues, had to pay for own coffee, business trip by bus from Munich to Luxembourg (8 hours got 1 sandwhich)....

Pros

Get to see how massive the infrastructure is at such a large company

Cons

Takes a long time to ship even a single line of code, since permissions are required, numerous bottle necks at time

Pros

Working from home is a plus.

Cons

Everything is micromanaged, from day one they try to fill your head with thinking outside the box and being innovative and self-reliant, but they will micromanage every action you do. It was interesting for about 1-2 months but was absolutely unbearable after that, lucky to land another job quite quickly.
