Pros

A lot of people with very diverse experience to learn from. You can learn from experienced developers, experienced managers, from all kinds of teams and backgrounds. Really positive culture of knowledge sharing.

Cons

Decision making limited by bureaucracy. Sometimes nobody knows what is needed to do something, and a simple thing might take months to resolve. That's natural for a company of 1M people. Sometimes, however, the process completely drowns and stalls, and tasks are just closed.

- work benefits > public transport ticket discounted, possibility of re-training, positive work atmosphere where you review you manager and the firm constantly - clear priorities, but being held accountable as a customer service for policies - negative customer feedback to issues where the blame lays on customer or the current regulations

Cons

- pressure - not enough managers to deal with the changing process
