Pros

Competitive pay, stock options, 4-day full-time work week, decent benefits, voluntary overtime is usually available

Cons

Revolving management, employees are seen as numbers, interpretation of rules are up to individual managers' discretion, salary cap, limited options for promotion, managers are usually newly hired in (promoting up into management is difficult; this also makes them largely unfamiliar with the job), employees are terribly under-utilized, much of the year you're on mandatory overtime, parts of the year are super slow
