Great benefits, 2 paid breaks, bonuses, always an opportunity to learn something new in various departments.

Cons

Management could be better! Could make the work place more fun and engaging. No special activities or incentives. Need to work on making the work place a fun place to be, more rewards and appreciation for the employees.
