Fixed tech stack, no room for innovation (no support from the management). Since it is a product based organization but most of the work in Bangalore is for Services and Support Side. Mid-level and top-level management is biased towards some individual. No clear feedback during Year-end review. Mid-year review feedback is totally different what you get in year-end as the year-end reviews are biased from mid and top-level management side. Little or no appreciation from Management. If some of the concerns are voiced out to the managers they are not given any importance or considerations. Once you put down papers then only they realize your importance (formality sake with no intention for your betterment).

I have been at this place for more than 5 years. Started looking for job outside from more than 1 year but couldn't get because there was literally nothing in the resume. Lots of cons : 1. No personal growth opportunities. 2. Horrible management 3. Heavy misuse of work from home policy. People takes it as their birthright and mostly doesn't work during WFH. 4. Terrible hikes. 5. No justification for your bad performance ratings. (heavy attrition in the recent time) 6. Promotions and good hikes to the manager favourites. No justification for that too. 7. HR Management incapable of taking any actions against managers. Despite bad results in pulse surveys and bad feedback from the team members, managers are still flourishing.
