      Pros

      Great company, Cool office, free food, great HR engagement. GREAT BRAND

      Cons

      No value for hard work. You will be valued if you can project yourself as hard working and technically strong, dose not matter if u have zero technical knowledge. You should be good at buttering(communication skills). MANAGERS HAVE NO IDEA WHO IS DOING WORK AND WHO IS PROJECTING HARD WORK.

      Pros

      1) Nice surroundings 2) Good food facilities 3) well placed telecommunications for meetings between different teams/countries 4) possibility to work in other offices outside Europe 5) quite good benefits

      Cons

      1) very old fashioned internal processes and tools making the work extremely inefficient and ineffective 2) protection of work places by imitating work 3) closed to innovation, change and new ideas 4) management is rather leading by power and is not aware about other management principles 5) English skills below average considering international scope

      Not a good company for experienced software developers

      Pros

      Pay is little more than service based companies If you are lucky you can get max 4 weeks onsite to France but for that too long queue/budget issue Free breakfast, lunch, snacks, tea/coffee It is on outer ring road so accessible for many Most work are support type 8hr work and not that difficult so no need to slog or work on weekend Missing task deadline is not an issue here Company is stable so far so no need to fear Easily one can survive here as are works are not that challenging Minimum 15% hike year on year

      It is not a R&D center but it is a support center Most of the works are no-brainer poor maintenance/support type Resources provided are not good No laptop No work from home Micromanagement is everywhere Learning curve is very small Legacy applications/products Outdated tools and technologies Bangalore center strength has grown to 1300+ people so politics/favoritism has started Most of the products are developed in France and handed over to Bangalore center for maintenance Now they are moving their projects gradually to Agile so it's a nightmare to meet deadlines No longterm onsite opportunities Salary not at par with other product companies 10% variable in CTC Miserable breakfast/lunch/snacks Puppet HRs as Managers control everything Variable pay is not paid fully; 50-60% they deduct showing perfirmance reasons
