      Pros

      Regional office is a great environment to work in, people are very nice, they are very advanced in Marketing approach and being the leader in the market pushes you to work for this company.

      Cons

      difficult carrier growth, HR a bit greedy and not much opportunities internally a lot of politics on the internal moves and less on the valuable side.

      Pros

      In the many years with Amadeus it never got boring, I always was able to find a challenging and interesting task. I enjoyed also a lot of freedom. There is a great international atmosphere.

      Cons

      The research and development organization is the heart of the company. Career opportunities are limited in other parts of the company.

      very good company to work for if you want a good work life balance. not so much pressure and people really care about your life outside of work. it is like any other mid sized company. opportunities to travel. focus on team.

      Cons

      beurecracy. very slow. sometimes management not open to new ideas. work is may be not always intellectually challenging. individual contributions are not properly measured.
