      95% of great and talented people in Amadeus, good internal opportunities and career development as internal employee. Very modern installations.

      Cons

      If you are unlucky and land in the 5% of non-great teams, with a lack of soft skills, non well manered, lack of charisma, and non team oriented. Specially as external you could face situations as previously described in your daily basis, in very particular IT teams.
