      Pros

      Amadeus Erding is a quality premium experience, get to be in the middle of the activities as data center and application main support. Got acceptable ownership in order to be able to contribute efficiently.

      Cons

      Methodology and technology changes are slow to get implemented, due to the legacy culture and work style. This is normal for large corporates, however Amadeus is slower than other. Middle management soft skills are average and slightly biased towards larger communities.
