Company has amazing potential, some co workers are exceptionally skilled. Erding office has nice canteen.

Cons

Top management decisions. Never ending reorgs. A lot of key people left. Facilities are poor, office is stuck in 90s.

Great work life balance. Very flexible and respectful of individual needs as long as the work get done International environment and culture Everyone is friendly and welcoming Open door policy at every level Plenty of technologies in used

Cons

Network oriented. You need to build your network over time Lots of process in places, with no cleanup of old/deprecated information Too many technologies used. If it exist, somewhere, someone in Amadeus is probably using it
