Pros
Some extremely interesting projects, lots of bright and hard working colleagues Amadeus is a clear leader in its market and has kept growing and stayed profitable despite the many crisis in the airline industry over the last 15 years. Opportunities to go abroad
Cons
Too many hierarchical levels and too much office politics (network sometimes seems more important than competences to get promoted). Too many reviews/change boards/processes slows down work and frustrates more and more people. Despite ongoing good results of the company, employee benefits and profit sharing are deteriorating every year
