Nice place to work and some very brilliant people. Lots of projects to work on and training are available (depending which department and manager) Every now and then, hackathons are proposed so you can innovate with new tech/ideas Effort is made to engage employees. Multi-cultural environment.

Cons

Most of the management is European (eventually French) and decisions are coming from Europe, it becomes difficult or impossible to drive your projects and it impacts engagement.

- Friendly and relaxed environment - Job safety - Good salary/benefits for a position in France - Good place to be during Summer if you work at the french dev center

Cons

- Amadeus is your typical company that has grown big too fast and is enjoying an almost monopoly position - On an engineering side, the Amadeus culture is quite bad : very short term views, an inefficient and slow organization, blame culture. However there are on-going efforts to change this. - Very unbalanced talent (tech or management) distribution : there are undeniable talent in the company but the average bar is not as high as the company would like - Average salary if you look at the global job market
