Cons
1) Firm lacks some of the supporting infrastructure of larger competitors, which places somewhat more burden on the individual in developing business 2) Low leverage model sometimes results in senior consultants doing work that would be more appropriate to junior consultants in a high leverage model 3) High hurdle to becoming a partner means that many senior directors within the company are likely to remain so
