1. Some really hardworking folks in the ALixpartners who make the work environment bearable. 2. Work-life balance can be okay, depending on the department or team you're in.

1. There’s a serious gap between leadership and those actually doing the work. Upper management seems out of touch with the day-to-day challenges faced by employees. 2. no clear path, If you’re looking to grow here, good luck. There’s little to no focus on career development It’s easy to feel stuck in your role with no idea of how to move up. 3.Workload can get overwhelming, with a lot of overtime expected. 4. pretty intense pressure to perform, but it can border on toxic. People often work long hours with no real support,
