Avoid it. Not worth it, not competitive, career destroying

Pros

It is a decent paycheck.

Cons

1. Have been thoroughly unimpressed with the work, the learning, the attitude, and the firm in general. At best, this place is a one-trick pony. 2. Highly disorganized, trailing larger competitors in thought leadership, insights, commercial acumen and skills, and clients. 3. Abysmal leadership across the organization and at multiple levels. 4. This place has no strategy. 5. Lots of dead weight throughout the ranks. 6. Singularly one of the most arrogant places I've ever worked with an inflated sense of impact and effectiveness. 7. This is not a "destination firm" in any sense.
