Senior management treats employees very badly. Expects employees to work all hours. Gaslighting is very common. No mentorship. Very aggressive and not appropriate behavior.

Unrealistic expectations set without adequate budget or resources to meet them. The company lacked a clear identity or cohesive strategy, with constantly changing goals and objectives that created confusion. This instability made it difficult for teams to stay aligned and focused. Plus, the office environment was unusually quiet and felt isolating at times, with divisions between the hierarchy that affected overall collaboration.
