Nice firm but flaws

Pros

Standard people and opportunity to make money

Cons

Poor managing, employees not protected, lack of diversity. Unfortunately very much a boys club that is run by a small clique where nepotism and favoritism will guide your success with the organization

Pros

decent benefits, opportunity for career, interesting folks

Cons

Awful culture I have experienced in the corporate world. the tech is far behind modern times and hurts growth as a developer and ability to improve system performance. management uses statistics like number of commits and Agile story points to track your performance and will have your manager pull you into an office to scold you privately if your commits or story points are too below. These statistic tracking punish teamwork and promote selfish individualism instead. The culture is stressful as a result and everyone is more worried about meeting their statistic quota than team success.
