      Pros

      This is a very challenging position, you are in the middle of lot of different multifunctional groups and also responsible to coordinate them. You are permanently in contact with the A/C and the crew, and you are expected to be a link between the production line and Design Office in order to improve the A/C

      Cons

      Very stressful, usually working non paid extra hours, you will work in double shift and also weekends. It is necessary to improve the formation on different A/C systems

      Pros

      Works in HQ is great. People are relatively nice. Many experienced engineers. New grads can learn a lot. If you speak French point is real high.

      Cons

      Local hired is not recommended. Even veterans cut off. Local hired is treated like 2nd citizens. No way to go up. Tough work environment for women.

      Pros

      Buffet is great, employee can have both Chinese As well As western food and soop. But sadly just for lunch. No need for extra-time working.

      Cons

      Sometimes the basic work can be boring. And for the record that the company is located in Shunyi district, commuting can be time-costing.
