This is a very challenging position, you are in the middle of lot of different multifunctional groups and also responsible to coordinate them. You are permanently in contact with the A/C and the crew, and you are expected to be a link between the production line and Design Office in order to improve the A/C
Cons
Very stressful, usually working non paid extra hours, you will work in double shift and also weekends. It is necessary to improve the formation on different A/C systems
