No pros, aira is a toxic place to work period.

Cons

Everything is about how to make the business more money and the businesses needs, they don't care about you as person If you want to be micromanaged, constantly under surveillance and like the goal post changing every other week, constantly pressured to meet daily targets and lastly only be seen only as a replaceable metric? work here. You have been warned.
