Poor pay, long hours, lots of driving due to poor planning, poor customer service, Management know it all and don't even talk to employees to get feedback from customers, pressure selling environment and bullying and intimidation is rife.

Young company but good opportunities

Pros

The company offers an incredible environment to learn and develop personally and professionally. Every day is different, every day is an opportunity to learn. It's a young company in the process of maturing which sometimes means lack of clarity or ways of working. The sooner i came to accept that, the more I thrived. The benefit is that I get to shape and take ownership of the direction of my line of work. My colleagues are truly remarkable with a strong purpose and that makes the job really fun.

Cons

It can be stressful at times and organisational change happens frequently, it does however open up for new opportunities sometimes.

No job security, unrealistic targets, never coming promotions

Pros

Unfortunately there isn’t any essentially no long term ones

Cons

If you love stress and no job security this company is for you. Every department has unrealistic targets to meet from sales to aftercare and everything in between which means installs are rushed in from every stage and meeting these targets is also “not an option” leading to stress and unpaid late nights working. There is also no job security people are let go in mass every year due to mismanagement and lack of funds and you are made to feel like you need to work late and fight for your job constantly just to make it through another bad month. There is also a huge blame game culture issue when anything goes wrong or targets are not met which happens daily, management takes no responsibility as they need to report daily stats so start to look who to blame leading to everyone being out for themselves and passing the book like a game of hot potato. Promotions are also dangled in front of you as an incentive to work late and harder than required but never come with excuses such as budget restrictions when chased. I would stay away from them even if you get the job you will be looking for another as soon as you realise the unpaid hours and stress that comes along with it.
