      Business with a purpose!

      Pros

      Aira is a business where you can feel there's a real purpose - getting the UK and Europe off gas. It's super intense and with a lot of change, but where you also have a great opportunity to contribute and try new things if you take the opportunity.

      Cons

      High pace and a lot of change - it's a new and very fast growing business, so not the right place if you like stability.

      Great to work for and has a refreshing approach

      Pros

      The Aira team are a community - you can reach out to anyone in any part of the business and ask for help, its so refreshing. There's never a boring day, the company is innovative and this means things change and update frequently. Full of opportunities. Beautiful office spaces with a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Processes are still being fine tuned - job roles and what falls on who. This has come a long way but there is still work to be done here. There is a huge amount of training courses and options to further knowledge and skills but it needs to be utilised and talked about more

      Super fun culture and lots of young people that are super skilled.

      Cons

      Could have better benefits but also understandable since it’s such a young company
