Pros

Good salary for Thais. good teammates, Most of the managers care about creating the best solutions. WFH 3 days a week.

Cons

Sometimes focus so much on delivering business OKR that we don’t have much time to improve developers QoL. A lot of tech debt and many ideas being shared and planned but they’re never prioritized

Pros

- Working culture (for some teams) - Work-life balance (for some teams) - Decent pay - Good start for fresh graduates Well if you have a good team and support, you’re all good.

Cons

The company's been doing quiet layoffs, affecting many teams and departments. Whether you are full time or temporary employees, inside or outside Bangkok - they were all affected. Despite appearing and claimed to be in a growth phase/profitable phase, hiring seems to limited for director, senior and mostly IT positions. There’s little value placed on operational work and customer services but high value on countless projects that hasn’t been done. The leadership lacks understanding or appreciation. I missed the time where management is much more considerate and be empathetic towards employees. 1. Rapid, disorganized pace Extremely fast-paced, prioritizing action over planning. Changes happen abruptly, and decisions are frequently made top-down without input or clarity on long-term goals. 2. Deteriorating culture It shifted from supporting each other, collaborative to isolating. Many individuals operate in survival mode with limited support and unclear guidance. 3. Unhealthy performance pressure There’s constant pressure to go beyond your role without additional resources or recognition. Standard performance isn’t enough; overextension IS expected. 4. Poor planning and communication Majority of meetings are last-minute with little regard for workload or availability. Urgent demands are the norm. If they want to get something done at that moment, you need to do it right away or they will ask you why couldn’t you do it. 5. Lack of respect from leadership Senior managers often disregard boundaries and timelines expecting immediate turnaround without context or empathy. Some directors are rude just because they thought they’re higher, they don’t even care what you’ve been doing. 6. Ineffective leadership and decision-making Approvals and processes are centralized, but leaders frequently lack understanding of what they’re approving. There's little accountability or methodology behind decisions, they just approve everything without reviewing them. This affected others when any projects or budget approved but no one get a gist of them. 7. Work-life balance This is a pure luck. Good teams lead you to heaven but bad teams? It would make you go sane. Employees need to work overtime because of poor management and unlimited/unrealistic projects given by the leadership. Company itself doesn’t prefer employees to work overtime, but timeline given is also unrealistic too. If you're looking to gain experience, it's a decent place to learn but just don't try staying too long, or you'll risk burning out from the toxic environment and broken-down mentality. It doesn't quite worth it.
