      The later you join, the slower isthe growth trajectory (that's something I think you would expect in any fast growing company)

      Pros

      Agoda is international company, has many culture and nationalities, made here is kind of variety but we all are respect to each other, no shame, no bullies, etc. People are all nice, humble and open-minded, easy to work or collaborate with. Benefits are also attractive.

      Cons

      For me, even though people are nice but sometimes I also have tough time with someone too. But Agoda has option for internal transfer.

      1. good renumeration 2. High work visibility and accountability 3. Good leadership and have an active feedback and act culture 4. Amazing folks to work with 5. Bored of your work- No worries, can change the vertical 6. If you discount Agoda's scale of operation, they work like a startup 7. Say no to bureaucracy
