- benefits are great - medical insurance - shift allowance - no need to work after working hours as customer service - great & positive working environment - career growth is there but need to work hard for it.

- difficult to apply leave if you're in customer service as it is first come first serve basis

Cons

- although technical growth is higher but growing in rank is difficult since there are so many awesome people here - the work is quite relaxed but so is the raise per year so both kind of goes hand in hand
