Pros

- Decent pay and hybrid working has it's perks for being able to stay at home and work - A lot of company benefit for agents to utilize. - Engage with some Team Manager who takes care of you nicely, they are willing to hear you out depending on who - Team outing that keeps team in communication range.

Cons

- Super competitive, work stress is intense. The KPI system felt like an elimination match, when the KPI isn't broken why bother readjusting it. - Places a heavy toll on your mental health to meet the KPI by competing with your own fellow agents. - Gets selected and be shifted to other departments based on company's business growth without able to reject. - Bonus pays better if you high performed only, which is also forcing you to work very hard to compete against senior high performers. - Some Team Manager's won't give you good advise, instead picking against you for some mere unacceptable jokes.
