      Not the place it was in the past, things are stale and old.

      Pros

      Easy day-to-day work, most of the work going on is overhead management, i.e. meetings, taking notes, and other bureaucratical non-sense. This makes it easy to coast as long as you are able to build the appropriate relationships.

      Cons

      -Pleasing c-suite takes priority over what's actually in the best interest of the company, i.e. look at the failed Figma deal and the silent layoffs that have been taking place since the pandemic.

      Met Great people that came and left.

      Cons

      The great talent that they recruit leave because the culture is toxic. Disrespect of STEM women. They “market” a culture that supports diversity which couldn’t be farther from the truth.
