      Pros

      Great company in respect to technology Employee enjoy best working environment

      Cons

      US team is too much influential on India Staff. Technical team enjoy best cream and are untouchable, Customer Support teams are always on scanner when it comes to Employee Layoff. Adobe has "NO" policy to retain employee as part of employee lay-off. I lost my job and now I am jobless - Thank you to Adobe. Not sure how they win "Best place to work for". Please do not join Adobe even if they pay you huge compensation. Adobe is fake.

      Pros

      Great coworkers and benefits throughout the company, except on the Federal team. The main company has great atmosphere and diversity, plus a lot of innovation and creativity!

      Cons

      Federal sales team is a mess. Women are paid 30% or more less than men, and are routinely passed for promotions or raises. They've interviewed candidates at strip clubs and have no respect for diversity or the company's core product line (creatives).

      Awful Place, Awful People

      Pros

      It's a stable job. Some smart people work there. I'm just typing at this point to fill the 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      Soulless corporate entity. Underpay their employees. Blow sunshine up everyones' butts to get them to work on products no one actually cares about or uses.
