      Pros

      excellent team and the team spirit; very good customer reputation, top products; work environment (salary, car allowance or company car, benefits, home office) and last but not least the opportunity to work for an american company and technical leader in software.

      Cons

      upper management dont involve team in big picture and resulted strategies; hire-and-fire mentality not only in November (end of FY); target not connected with environment, strategies and customer feedback.
