      Good compensation, international, good reputation, Nice office

      Cons

      Senior Management is clueless. Office Management is weak and old. If you are not part of the old gang you don't get anywhere. Every year or two 10% of the employees are layed off.

      Very good salary and benefits package

      Cons

      Culture of misstrust, envy and hidden communication. No openness to feedback. Management is uncapable of building a visionary culture. Most of the people are working at Adobe becuase of the good compensation. Dissatisfaction in other areas is compensated with high financial benefit offers. No personal development opportunities.
