The best reasons to work for Accenture would have to be the kind of opportunities you get here and how they let you challenge yourself and grow your skills. You also get exposure to a variety of industries and technologies that you wouldn't have received at some of the other leading consulting firms. It's not just technical/functional knowledge growth but you develop soft skills like team management and project management as well

Lots of experience in a short period of time. I had worked for 5 clients, in 3 industries, 3 headquarters, within two and a half years. Although working for just Accenture, I had basically gone through 5 completely different jobs. So it was a great experience of breadth and an overview in general of what the corporate world can hold. Diversity is huge within Accenture, especially as it grows its offshoring to India and continuing to grow in China. I've also seen many women in manager/sr. manager positions, many people straight out of college, and a myriad of those who have been in specific industries that really help your team in various scenarios depending on which industry your working in. It is a roller-coaster place to work, then you need to ask yourself if you like roller-coasters or not...
