      ...the tension out here is through the roof and it would be no wonder if people just went off one day -mostly great co-workers in general -okay compensation -accomodating to life-work balance

      Cons

      -outrageous workload -management is happy to leave people in the position and pay as they are forever...no desire to promote or give raises...ever. -bad business foresight in trying to understand feasibility of projects given resource limitations -budgets and capabilities always seem bad...even when things are reportedly looking better per management...management insists that we need to buckle down and do more with less because things are tough

      Pros

      This position is very entry level making it great for a college grad, not a sales professional.

      Cons

      My paticular manager was bad news. Apparently his management syle is endorsed. He's been moved to a different office and I hear his replacement is worse. It's all about numbers, don't expect anyone to give a rip about you as a person.

      -Pay for performance in most sales-related positions -strong sales training program (but not for most other positions)

      Cons

      -most find the pressure to be extreme -micromanagement -unprofessional management -favoritism -focus on the bottom line, thus blind eye toward unethical behavior -employees' purpose is to produce -turn-over is high in sales, customer service and almost all positions that interact with these positions -company does not see employees as long-term assets -may be able to take vacation, but if it's longer than they feel appropriate, management will remind employees of this as if it is a favor that one should be indebted to management for allowing them to take.
