      Pros

      ADP is a very stable company that continues to develop products and people. They provide employees with the training and tools needed to excel. They consistently acknowledge success and achievement.

      Cons

      The pay isn't as high as other companies for the responsibilities. Work load is often heavy and overwhelming. It would be great if ADP would hire more people.

      Pros

      The company invests in the employees success. Training is highly comprehensive towards sales skills and product knowledge. The benefits and rewards for performance are highly competetive. You are given many tools to help advance your partnerships with the various channels.

      Cons

      The implementation of the service is more than challenging. There is a strong discord in the region I worked between the IS and the sales team. It could be very time consuming to try and get a new client started without any major problems.

      The approach and work environment on outlook is very professional.

      Cons

      In some divisions like implementation the career growth within ADP is basically nothing irrespective of the achievement people make. It is mostly on wish of the Vice President or head of the unit not based on performance of existing staffs.
