Pros
The compensation and benefits packages are hard to beat. The occasional ability to work from home can be a huge benefit.
Cons
Performance metrics are extremely exacting and frequently made more so. Client surveys used to evaluate employees do not target the individual employee's performance, instead including sales team and customer service department performance within the employee's own metrics. Processes change quickly and are poorly 'rolled out' to employees. Workload is intense, often holding fast at 200-450% of an employee's recommended capacity. Was told while working there that longer work hours should be possible as I am childless.
