Great compensation when exceeding plan targets Selling to "C" level contacts at strategic companies Best of breed technology flexibility in pricing and solutions Something to sell to any business at any level

Cons

For Sacramento, the Major Accounts team has a 10 year history of turnover, and lack of true support from Senior leadership in Pleasanton. The answer from the leadership was alway to fill the bench and prepare for turnover. Low tollerance for true coaching for improvement. EMployees are perceived as numbers, not people. Employee tenure in Saramento is low, and there are no mentors in the area.
