Good pay and great people

Cons

Long hours are required to get work done. The work load is insane. I had over 20 clients in my BoB within the first month. I was almost up to 40 clients by month 3 and was told I would get more. It was simply impossible to help all of my clients in a reasonable time without working 10-12 hour days.
