      There are some good People Nice offices - no parking Good expense policy Some excellent support people

      Cons

      Software & Solution does not work, way behind competitors Poo service Senior & Regional Sales Managers have poor management skills Claw backs from commission when it is a software, service or solution issue and not down to Sales

      Pros

      Some Coworkers Work from home during inclement weather situations.

      Cons

      No recognition/bonus in customer service department Moving to your 5 "supercenters" is letting go of a lot of experience. It is not a layoff - it's terminating employees to get cheaper labor elsewhere. After many years, I was shown the door. Cancel health insurance same day. A totally heartless company now.

      Pros

      Work Culture - professional and very smart associates Company - Good products (could be better with continued innovation) - very strong financials Senior Leadership XCOM and VP's - Very talented - leading company in great direction. Communicates to entire company - keeps you in the loop.

      Cons

      Please note this does not pertain to all - but Middle Management (Sr. Directors / Director level) - Does not like competition from below (no one smarter than they are). Not very knowledgeable - "fake-it-to-make-it" to get to that level. Promotions - lots of "shoulder tapping" - only promote people with like minds not based on skill or leadership potential. Performance Reviews - not important and compensation distributed to the ones they like. Outcome - eventually good people leave the company.
