      Pros

      Excellent employee and family benefits, employee assistance programs, referral incentive programs, year-end breakfast and lunch, Adp paraphernalia, PTO and great co-workers.

      Cons

      ADP is not a mom-friendly company. I believe in years past it used to be, but that is not the status currently. We are working 40+ hours a week, having to take our work home on a daily-basis and are still behind. I dread coming to work now, knowing that my cases are piling up. More work with no pay increase in sight.

      Australian ADP - Not good to its clients or employees

      ADP Australia is the worst company I have ever worked for. This is not an isolated view as it has been echoed by other employees. The focus on having a very lean headcount has really impacted the quality of service and also resulted in very unhappy ADP employees. The executive team talks a lot but seems incapable of actually understanding what the issues are and no meaningful action is ever taken.
