      Pros

      ADP is an awesome entry level opportunity for anyone interested in sales. Unlike most entry level positions, you really get to learn how to run the entire sales process. You're responsible for prospecting, running the appointment, closing the deal, getting the client set up on the platform, and maintaining that relationship. It's definitely a lot of work but at the end of the day I feel like I've learned a ton

      Cons

      You're driving around all day so it can get lonely. The expectations set by management can also be unrealistic

      Pros

      I’ve been working less than a year and so far it’s been great. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy working which I think has to do with all the activities/groups/events to get involved in ! Yes, dealing with clients can be tough, but loving the people you work with makes the days fun! Offer great benefits and 401k/stock. Facility is top notch!

      Cons

      You are on the phone a lot, but everyone tells me to give ADP 1-1.5 yrs of commitment and the options are endless. You feel like you don’t know what you’re doing for the first 6 months, but neither does anyone else. There are tons of resources to help you though!

      Pros

      Good money and benefits. They smile a lot. Sort of Disney happy. Once you’re promoted to leadership you can slack off a lot. A lot. If you have family that works here you will go far.

      Cons

      Nepotism, doublespeak. Try to get a day off- good luck with that. No confidence from management. No confidence in management. Micromanaging. Call center environment. They say they don’t follow call center metrics but they do. Work/life balance is frowned upon but they will tell you otherwise. On boarding you will feel like royalty and then you are a peasant for the rest of your career.
