      Overall great benefits, good starting pay and support from colleagues when you start to assist you in succeeding.

      Cons

      It is challenging to voice your unethical concerns and be heard without retaliation. If you are comfortable not voicing your professional opinion then this is the place for you.

      Some very talented people work here.

      Young people put in strategic leadership positions are lacking the skill sets required to lead and motivate people. The arrogance and cutthroat attitude is disturbing.

      Fantastic sales experience with a very welcoming and fun company culture. Great training program as well.

      Cons

      first year can be difficult but the effort is worth the reward. the sky is the limit at this company
