      Pros

      Good MNC backing, a fortune 500 US company backing a bad Indian arm. No pros, only problems. International contracts possible, but delivery in India will irk them.

      Job security. Some managers let you work from

      Cons

      Didn't like the people I worked with except for a small handful. A lot of people try and intimidate you and it sucks when you have to train with them. Cell phone was stolen even though its a secure facility. Managers sometimes treated us like children.I kept getting moved around to different clients. Payroll managers and team leads are WAY overworked.
