Pros
ADP is a great place to get your feet wet You learn a lot, the co-workers and managers are great ADP is family friendly and understands work/life balance ADP values safety of their employees. Managers allow you to work from home or leave work early in the event of snow storms. Managers will try and work with you if you have any issues at work or even in your personal life.
Cons
ADP has very few paid holiday, but offers, in their place, 5 days of float time Promotions in this dept. are few and in between Raises are based on a "botched" system. You obtain a certain number of "stars" and those starts determine your pay raise for the year. It is impossible to achieve high scores in certain areas. Health Insurance is below avg with high deductibles and out of pocket expenses.
